Refund policy

At Sniff and Stitch we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you and your Pawrents to be 100% happy with your new purchase, but in the unlikely event you aren't,
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

we accept returns up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date and we have not received any update of the issue via email, unfortunately return and refund will not be available.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition, unused, unworn and unwashed, Please make sure when trying on your new items your Fur is clean, and no muddy paws please.

To start a return, you can contact us at sniff@sniffandstitch.com.When your return is accepted, the return address will be provided, returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer so we recommended to use a recorded service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too but we will confirm all transactions made, Original delivery cost will not be part of the refund.
